Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred; or Associate's degree with willingness to enroll to obtain Bachelor's.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in a classroom setting preferred.
• Knowledge of child development and early childhood education best practices.
• Ability to create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
• Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
