Job summary

Western Dairyland Head Start in Independence, WI is hiring a Teacher Assistant to work at the Head Start Center at 35480 Sixth Street. This is a full-time, 36-hour-per-week role with a Monday–Thursday schedule (7:30am–4:30pm) and summers off.

The wage range is $16.24 to $21.66 per hour. Essential duties include supervising children, planning activities, supporting inclusion, and assisting with screenings while upholding Head Start regulations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to supervise and support preschool children.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively.
• Must pass background checks and health requirements.

Responsibilities
