Zusammenfassung

TVCCA is seeking a Teacher Aide to support classroom children with care, supervision, and safety, and to assist staff in planning age-appropriate activities. You will help keep classrooms and playgrounds clean, safe, and orderly, and follow all program policies and procedures while promoting self-esteem and independence for diverse learners.

The role requires a High School Diploma (preferred), reliable transportation, and CT child care first-aid/CPR and medication administration certification,

Qualifikationen

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Must have or obtain and maintain CT child care first-aid, child CPR, and medication administration certification.
• Must have access to reliable, insured transportation.
• Provide a TVCCA Staff Statement of Good Health signed by a physician within 12 months prior to employment and every 36 months thereafter.

Required Skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Have access to reliable, insured transportation.
• Must have or obtain and maintain CT child care first-aid, child CPR, and medication administration certification.
• Provide a TVCCA Staff Statement of Good Health statement signed by a physician, physician’s assistant, or nurse practitioner completed within twelve (12) months before the date of employment, and every thirty-six (36) months for current staff.
