Responsibilities

• Establish a safe, engaging classroom aligned to developmental levels.
• Plan weekly activities and write organized lessons according to curriculum.
• Conduct assessments, document outcomes, and maintain records.
• Engage families with home visits and parent conferences.
• Provide leadership and training to classroom staff.
• Communicate changes in schedule, resources, or needs with supervisor.
• Complete paperwork and ensure CACFP compliance in daily operations.
• Support enrollment efforts and family engagement activities.
