Keystone Human Services is seeking full-time Preschool Teachers to join Capital Area Head Start, empowering families and supporting child development. The role requires delivering curriculum-based education, developing lesson plans, and collaborating with an inclusive team to ensure high-quality programming.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree or higher in early childhood-related fields, has experience with young children, a valid driver's license or access to insured transportation,

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate’s degree or higher in early childhood education, child development, or a related field

• Experience working with young children

• Valid driver’s license and access to properly insured vehicle, or public transportation

• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including Criminal History, MVR, Child Abuse and FBI clearances

• Passion, enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment to make a difference
