Job summary

Crystal Stairs, Inc. is hiring a Program Assistant to support the Head Start program in Los Angeles. You will help develop and track information within the designated service area, input data, and generate accurate program reports to support service delivery.

Responsibilities include assisting the Supervisor and supporting the manager in implementing program services, with emphasis on data accuracy, timely reporting, and compliance with agency standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED. Three years office/clerical experience with increasing responsibility. Some college courses preferred.
• Two years experience, demonstrated competency and working knowledge of computer office applications, such as MS Word, MS Excel or similar applications required, with database and/or graphics/page layout and design experience desired. Good typing and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track information within the designated service area.
• Assist the assigned Supervisor in inputting data, generating accurate timely program reports and tracking of comprehensive services.
• Support the designated manager in the overall implementation of program services.
