Job summary

Qualifications

• BA in Early Childhood Education or related degree.
• AA in Early Childhood Education with two years experience preferred.
• BA in Special or Elementary Education with ECE experience and endorsement plan.
• CDA certificate with two years experience and progression toward endorsement.
• State ECE Endorsement obtainable within three years.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for 3-5 year olds.
• Observe and assess children and report progress to families.
• Provide accommodations and modifications per IEP team decisions.
• Supervise paraeducator and assist with volunteers.
• Engage families through conferences and events.
