Mary Crane Center is seeking a Lead Teacher for the Head Start program. You will design developmentally appropriate lessons to support growth across cognitive, emotional, social, and physical domains, while fostering strong family partnerships and encouraging parent involvement.

The position includes supervising assistants and collaborating with Site Director and Education Coordinators to ensure program quality. New hires may receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus and competitive benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Gateways ECE Credential Level 5 required.
• PEL with Early Childhood Endorsement an alternative.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate Head Start lessons.
• Supervise and mentor assistants and volunteers.
• Engage families through conferences and home visits.
• Collaborate with Site Director and Education Coordinators.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
• Conduct assessments and document children’s progress.
