Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to menus from the Nutrition Manager/Coordinator.
• Maintain proper food storage and safe handling practices.
• Coordinate and document weekly learning activities aligned with educational objectives.
• Involve parents in planning nutrition program activities at center level.
• Ensure cleanliness of food service areas and proper inventory reporting.
• Coordinate volunteer program support for nutrition activities at the center.
• Submit meal inventories by the 5th of the following month.
• Monitor center safety procedures and report health/safety concerns.
