Qualifications

• Must have Infant-Toddler CDA OR enroll in Infant-Toddler CDA program.
• NJ and PA licensing standards must be met or exceeded.
• Must have a car available on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate assigned classroom; ensure compliance with Head Start standards and NJ/PA licensing.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for preschool children.
• Maintain accurate growth and development records for each child.
• Observe, assess, screen, and document each child’s progress.
• Support services for children with special needs in the center.
