Job summary

CAP Services is seeking a Home Visitor for the Head Start program in Clintonville, WI. You will deliver Head Start and EHS services via home visits, including prenatal and postpartum care, early childhood education and family supports.

Full-time, 37.5 hours weekly, immediate start. Pay starts at $21.07–$23.18 per hour depending on experience, with benefits: PTO, holidays, 401K (6% match), and health/dental/vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child and Family Studies, or related field with 3 years of related work experience.
• Two-year degree in Early Childhood Education, Child and Family Studies or related field with 4 years of related work experience.
• Home-Based CDA credential or comparable credential with 5 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide home visitation to families enrolled in Head Start home-based option.
• Incorporate all Head Start and Early Head Start services including prenatal/postpartum care (EHS only), early childhood education, family services, health, nutrition, mental health and special needs.

Duties: Provide home visitation to families enrolled in Head Start home-based option, incorporating all aspects of Head Start and Early Head Start (EHS) services including prenatal and post -partum care (EHS only), early childhood education, family services, health, nutrition, mental health and special needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child and Family Studies, or a bachelor’s degree in a field related to those above and three years of related work experience in early childhood or;
• A two-year degree or classes equivalent to a two-year degree in Early Childhood Education, Child and Family Studies or related field, and four years of related work experience in early childhood or;
• A Home-Based CDA credential or comparable credential and five years of related work experience in early childhood.

Experience working with pregnant women and children ages birth to three preferred.
