Southern NH Services Head Start in Seabrook, NH is hiring a school year family worker to support families and services across education, health, and nutrition.

The role is 30 hours per week across 41 weeks per year, with full benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off. This position emphasizes home visits, parent support, recruitment and outreach.

Qualifications

• The candidate will have a degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services or related field, Bachelor’s preferred.
• Prior experience in case work, community organizations, and working with small groups; Ability to be flexible with time.
• Valid driver’s license; current adequate car insurance; reliable transportation

Southern NH Services Head Start has a school-year family worker position available a for human services professional who can build positive and strength based partnerships with parents, coaching families in the process of identifying and meeting family development goals.

This position is 30 hours per week/41 weeks per year.
