Central Kentucky Community Action Council Inc. seeks a Family Services Coordinator to create, provide, and coordinate services for families and communities, fostering strength, healthy living, and overall well‑being; the role bridges families, staff, and other family‑related services.

You will support families with SMART goals, promote health screenings, maintain confidential files, and build community partnerships to strengthen enrollment and service access.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s in social services preferred.
• Willingness to obtain credential in social work or related area within 18 months.
• Ability to physically lift/move objects and travel within service area.

Responsabilités

• Creates and coordinates services for families to promote healthy living and well‑being.
• Acts as liaison between families, staff, and other family services while maintaining confidentiality.
• Educates and engages families to obtain health screenings and follow‑ups.
• Develops partnerships and represents Head Start at community events.
