The Y of Central Maryland is seeking a Head Start Family Home Visitor to deliver comprehensive child development, health and social services to families in our community. You will conduct home visits, provide parent support, and help families identify resources and strengths to prepare children for school success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with children and families in human services
• Ability to clearly communicate and listen to children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
• Desire to solve problems, handle crises, and work with diverse, low-income families
