Enrichment Services Program, Inc. is seeking an EHS Teacher for the Columbus, GAEarly Head Start program. The role focuses on delivering developmentally appropriate activities and managing daily classroom routines, while maintaining safety and health standards.

Applicants must hold ECE credentials and complete required degrees per level (TCC/CDA, BA, MA). The position offers comprehensive benefits and a structured Head Start environment that supports infants and toddlers through guided learning

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of ages and stages of development.
• Follows Head Start Performance Standards and related guidelines.
• Maintains confidentiality about staff, children, and families.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements developmentally appropriate daily lesson plans.
• Maintains attendance records and documents accidents, medications, and allergies.
• Records observations in Teaching Strategies GOLD and communicates with families.
• Recruits volunteers and participates in meetings and trainings.

Education

TCC/CDA / Associate’s degree in ECE

Bachelor’s/B.A. in ECE or TCC/CDA

Master’s in ECE or higher
