• Ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and childcare regulations.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences for infants to preschoolers.
• Maintain safe, healthy learning environments and monitor supervision and safety practices.
• Communicate with families and document student progress and attendance.
• Complete daily environmental checklists and support opening/closing procedures.
