TEAMSY Soccer delivers top-quality soccer education for kids in Charlotte, North Carolina. We combine fun, competitive training with true player development, turning young athletes into confident team players and lifelong soccer lovers.

We are looking for a Head Coach – Youth Soccer to lead our competitive-level programs (U8–U12). In this senior role you will:

• Build & Guide a Coaching Team – coordinate session plans, mentor staff coaches, and ensure consistent coaching standards across every age group.
• Design Our Competitive Methodology – craft age-appropriate curriculums that balance technical mastery, tactical awareness, and creativity while aligning with U.S. Soccer best practices.
• Run High-Quality Tryouts – plan, administer, and evaluate player assessments to place athletes in the right development pathway.
• Model Program Excellence – uphold safe-sport policies, communicate clearly with families, and foster an environment of respect, teamwork, and growth.

What you bring:

• Proven Youth Coaching Expertise – 2-3+ years leading competitive or academy-level teams; USSF license preferred.
• Program-Building Mindset – experience creating training frameworks and integrating multiple coaches into a unified system.
• Player-Centric Approach – understanding of child development and how to motivate athletes aged 7-11.
• Tryout & Talent ID Skills – ability to structure fair, efficient player evaluations.
• Leadership & Communication – clear, positive communicator with parents, players, and staff.
• Work Authorization & Background Check – eligible to work in the U.S. and willing to pass all required screenings.
