Job summary

Qualifications

• Education and experience aligned with Vermont Principals Association standards.
• ASEP certification and sports first aid training are preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in skills required for the sport.
• Model discipline and sportsmanship at all times.
• Plan and schedule practices with the Athletic Director and other coaches.
• Coordinate transportation and equipment logistics.
• Submit requests for fees and manage team calendars.
• Oversee safety, medical kits, and injury response.
• Communicate with parents about schedules, rules and expectations.
• Supervise practices and games and ensure proper supervision of athletes.
