Job summary

Good co India seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the product vision and end-to-end lifecycle across digital payments, banking, and financial services. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable fintech solutions, drive growth, and optimize customer adoption.

Ideal candidates have 6–11 years in product management within FinTech or financial services, strong analytics skills (SQL, KPI tracking), and ability to navigate regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to development, launch, and optimization.
• Drive product innovation across FinTech domains such as digital payments, banking, lending, cards, wallets, and financial services.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends to develop scalable product solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, compliance, risk, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Own product performance metrics, KPIs, revenue growth, profitability, and customer adoption.
• Translate business requirements and customer insights into product specifications, user stories, and actionable roadmaps.
• Ensure products comply with relevant financial regulations, security standards, KYC, AML, and data privacy requirements.
• Drive customer experience improvements through user research, analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing.
• Lead, mentor, and develop product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Manage product budgets, prioritization, resource allocation, and go-to-market strategies.
• Present product strategy, performance, and business outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6 to 11 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within FinTech, Banking, Payments, Lending, or Financial Services.
• Proven experience leading product strategy, roadmap development, and end-to-end product delivery.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring product managers and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of FinTech ecosystems, digital banking, payment gateways, wallets, lending platforms, and financial technology solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to drive product growth, customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, product development frameworks, and technology teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in product analytics, KPIs, SQL, and data-driven decision-making.
• Good understanding of financial regulations, compliance frameworks, risk management, KYC, AML, and information security.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to balance customer needs, technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and business priorities.
• Experience scaling digital products in high-growth startups, fintech companies, digital banks, or established financial institutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
