Qualifications:

• Certified PPR Pickleball Pro certification required.
• Previous teaching experience required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good to excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience teaching private lessons, adult and junior clinics, and adult camps.
• Ability to organize and run corporate events, team-building outings, open play, and round robins.
• Outgoing and pleasant personality, with a passion for working with people.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility in work schedule and duties.
• Guest-oriented attitude.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Upholds the core values, policies, and procedures of the resort.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Essential Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, intense environment, sometimes under extreme heat and stress.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds over short to medium distances.
• Must work on-site due to job requirements.
