Job summary

Willoway Nurseries, Inc. is seeking a visionary Head Perennial Grower in Ohio to lead our perennial program and advance growing operations. You will oversee growth strategy, production scheduling, and team leadership across nursery production, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement.

With 5+ years in perennial growing, you will optimize weekly plans, manage canning and e-commerce sections, and drive data-driven decisions to elevate quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in perennial growing or nursery production, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong horticultural knowledge and understanding of seasonal production cycles.
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with production tracking tools and data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities
