Job summary

Baseten seeks a proactive Head of Environment to shape the physical expression of our rapidly growing company. You will own the global workplace strategy, real estate planning, and office expansions as Baseten scales from hundreds to thousands of employees, both in the U.S.

• 10+ years leading Workplace/Environment/Employee Experience in a hypergrowth tech company.
• Ability to build trust quickly with founders and senior leaders.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking for real estate investments and rapid growth.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Attention to detail and uncompromising quality in environments that feel intentional.

Responsibilities

• Own Baseten’s global workplace and real estate strategy, developing the long-term roadmap for how our physical footprint evolves as we scale.
• Build and operate end-to-end workplace operations, office buildouts, relocations, and launches with a high bar for quality and hospitality.
• Define the physical expression of Baseten—look, feel, and personality of our spaces and experiences.
• Lead and develop the Workplace Experience team to scale with the company and raise the bar for execution.
