Summary

As a Product Director in Wealth Management, you will lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight Financial Advisors and customers. You will leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams to create groundbreaking solutions addressing customer needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Financial Planning advisor product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets such as cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth.
  • Coach and mentor the product team on best practices, including solution generation, market research, storyboarding, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling effective achievement of objectives.
  • Own product performance and be accountable for investments in enhancements to meet business objectives.
  • Partner with JPMorgan Wealth Management and US Private Bank field and business stakeholders to develop products that meet advisor and customer needs, lead go-to-market strategies, and drive field adoption.
  • Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for product differentiation.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering financial planning products, projects, or technology applications.
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development lifecycle, technical design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to influence key product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Experience driving change within Wealth Management field organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Financial planning subject matter expertise.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Recognized thought leader within a related field.
  • CFP certification preferred.
