Job summary

This role focuses on the development and implementation of a comprehensive visual merchandising strategy across multiple store locations. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in merchandising, strong leadership abilities, and excellent organizational skills. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in furniture and/or accessory merchandising.
• Proven ability to develop direct and indirect reports and manage their performance.
• Extensive experience creating and implementing visual merchandising direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Visual Merchandising including strategy identification and implementation.
• Create and manage the company’s visual merchandising strategy.
• Regularly visit stores to ensure proper implementation of merchandising directives.

Skills

Furniture and/or accessory merchandising experience

Excellent skills in all PC/Office applications

Organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Leadership skills

Education

BA or BS preferred
