This role leads the Solutions Team to design, deploy, and optimize defect inspection automation systems for high-speed conveyor environments. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working on automated machine vision systems in manufacturing.
• 3+ years managing solution engineers & building teams for manufacturing or machine vision companies.
• Strong technical skills in automation system design and machine vision hardware/software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the solution team to support sales by building proposals for vision inspection systems.
• Oversee deployment by coordinating hardware/software integration and customization during projects.
• Build and grow a high-performing solution team including Solution Architects.
• Provide technical leadership for the development and integration of units across motion, vision, and software.
• Ensure robust, reliable delivered solutions and gather requirements from customers and stakeholders.
