Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations management, or quality role.
• 5+ years of experience in validation execution.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the validation strategy for the site.
• Lead training and mentoring of validation engineers.
• Participate in regulatory inspections as Subject Matter Expert.
