BP Media helps athletes and universities prove real performance and market value with confidence.
As athlete marketing and sponsorship decisions evolve, value can’t be based on opinions, follower counts, or guesswork. Athletic departments, brands, and agencies need clear, defensible proof of what athletes actually deliver. Athletes need a credible way to show why they deserve higher-value opportunities.
BP Media turns athlete visibility into evidence. Our platform uses AI and computer vision to identify athletes in live and recorded content and measure real game-day and digital exposure—what fans, media, and sponsors actually see—translating it into clear, sponsor-ready insights. The result is partnerships and compensation decisions that are easier to justify, approve, and stand behind.

This is not a traditional UX role.
We are looking for a Head of UX/UI Designer to help define, build, and own the user experience of a sports AI platform from the ground up. This role sits at the intersection of product, design, and strategy and is ideal for a senior designer interested in long-term ownership and leadership, not a short-term contract or execution-only role.
This position begins as a senior leadership role with a founding-partner path for the right candidate.
A Senior, Lead, or Principal Product Designer ready to move from execution into ownership and leadership. Someone who enjoys early-stage environments and wants to help shape both product and company direction.
Soccer, basketball, football, and baseball.
If you’re interested in building something meaningful at the intersection of sports, AI, and design—and want real influence over what gets built—we’d love to connect.
