Job summary

FirstPoint USA seeks a driven track and field specialist to grow its US athlete roster, building relationships with athletes, families and college programs to secure top placements. Reporting to the Director of Olympic Sports, the role focuses on business development, events, partnerships and ambassadorial duties to raise the brand in elite college and club circuits.

Qualifications

• Significant college athlete and/or coaching background in track and field.
• Active network within the track and field industry.
• Experience with the US collegiate track and field system.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and manage relationships with aspiring US-based track and field athletes and families.
• Develop partnerships with colleges, coaches and programs to secure placements.
• Attend events to network with candidates and raise FirstPoint USA visibility.
• Present at meetings and events as an ambassador for the brand.
• Provide performance reporting and KPI analysis to the Sports Team.
