Job summary

FirstPoint USA, the global leader in sports scouting in higher education, is seeking an ambitious swimming and diving specialist to grow our roster across the US. Reporting to the Director of Olympic Sports, you will identify, recruit and manage relationships with aspiring student-athletes and their families, guiding them through the recruitment process and securing placements at top universities.

You will build partnerships with coaches, clubs, events and organisations, attend events to network

Qualifications

• Swimming and Diving expertise with collegiate athlete and/or coaching background.
• Strong networking abilities with coaches, clubs, academies and event stakeholders.
• Experience with the US collegiate athletics system is essential.
• Commercial acumen with proven relationship-building and collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills in presenting to athletes, parents, coaches and partners.
• High attention to detail with strong organisational capabilities.
• Confident, proactive and passionate about sport and education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the swimming and diving business to achieve KPI targets.
• Acquire and nurture relationships with prospective athletes and families.
• Evaluate athletes through events, interviews and ongoing engagement.
• Grow college placements by networking with coaches and offering scholarships.
• Identify and secure partnerships with organisations in the swimming and diving sector.
• Attend national and international events to network with candidates and raise awareness.
• Deliver presentations as an ambassador for FirstPoint USA.
• Provide regular reporting on performance metrics and opportunities.
