Job summary

Tory Burch seeks a technically authoritative Threat Engineer to lead threat modeling and detection strategy across identities, cloud platforms, and data environments. You will govern detection quality, risk-based prioritization, and adversarial validation while guiding executive decision support.

You will stay hands-on in tuning detections and coordinating with MSSPs, privacy, and control engineers. This role reports to the Technology Team and focuses on identity-centric security at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of progressive threat engineering/detection experience in complex cloud environments.
• Certifications such as CISSP/OSCP/GWAPT are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive enterprise threat management and modeling across identities, cloud, and data layers.
• Define detection strategies, governance, and risk-based prioritization with executive visibility.
• Lead red/purple team and penetration testing activities to improve detection and response.
• Develop and deliver threat and risk reporting with KPIs for leadership and stakeholders.
• Design tabletop exercises focusing on escalation authority, decisions, and business impact.
