Qualifications

• MD or MD/PhD with board certification in Medical Oncology.
• Proven excellence in thoracic oncology research, including clinical or translational work.
• Outstanding publications and track record in leading a clinical/translational program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a bold strategic vision for the Center for Thoracic Medical Oncology, aligned with the Tisch Cancer Center.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary thoracic oncology program spanning prevention, early detection, clinical care and translational research.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain physician-scientists and clinical investigators; foster cross-disciplinary collaborations.
• Represent the program in institutional planning and national scientific initiatives.
• Lead development of innovative early-phase and late-phase trials and expand investigator-initiated studies.
