Job summary

Tutor Intelligence, Inc. is hiring a Head of Technical Operations to own manufacturing, supply chain, quality, field service, and robot operations, reporting to the CTO. You will lead scale production, build teams, manage suppliers, and optimize facilities.

You should have run operations at volume hardware makers, built an operations function, and managed fleets in the field with service and support, while setting targets and hiring top talent on a factory floor.

The Role

Tutor is hiring a Head of Technical Operations. This person owns manufacturing, supply chain, quality, field service, and robot operations, and reports to the CTO.

We build hundreds of robots a year today and need to build a lot more. You will own how we get there, including the teams, the suppliers, and the facilities, and you will work closely with engineering along the way.

We want someone who has already run production at scale and knows what goes wrong.

Requirements

• You have run manufacturing or operations at a company that builds complex hardware in volume
