Responsibilities

• Design and lead the rhythm of the business across enterprise technology operations (staff meetings, planning cycles, dashboards).
• Advise CTOO on priorities and portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Identify strategic programs to improve delivery, efficiency, and risk posture.
• Own workforce and capacity planning, including headcount and contractor mix.
• Manage contract lifecycle, renewals, and vendor performance; surface optimization opportunities.
• Define and maintain KPI/OKR framework and governance dashboards.
• Coordinate with leadership to roll up program status for governance forums.
