Job summary

CLEAR is building the secure identity company of the future. As Director, Learning & Development, you’ll define and scale CLEAR’s talent management and development strategy to build a high-performing, future-ready organization.

You’ll partner closely with senior leaders to design programs that accelerate growth, strengthen leadership capability, and drive measurable business impact. The base salary range for this role is $145,000-$180,000, and CLEAR offers comprehensive rewards including

• Proven ability to design and scale leadership development programs across a high-growth organization.
• Strong skills in translating data into actionable people strategies.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to implement talent reviews and succession plans.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead CLEAR’s talent management and succession planning strategy to strengthen leadership pipelines and organizational capability.
• Build and scale talent development programs, including onboarding, manager training, leadership development, and high-potential initiatives.
• Partner with People Partners and business leaders to design and execute talent reviews, development plans, and succession strategies for critical roles.
• Leverage data and insights to identify talent trends, measure program effectiveness, and continuously improve ROI across all initiatives.
• Develop and implement inclusive, equitable talent practices that expand opportunity and strengthen internal mobility across CLEAR.
