Niantic Spatial, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Head of Talent Acquisition in San Francisco to lead and execute our recruiting function.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll own lifecycle recruiting, operations, workforce planning, and the candidate experience while building the TA organization for the next phase of growth. You’ll manage contract recruiters, design scalable processes, and advise executives on role design and market strategy.

We're looking for a hands‑on Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and personally execute our recruiting function. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you'll be the strategic talent advisor to our executive team while carrying a meaningful portfolio of critical searches yourself.
You’ll own full life cycle recruiting, recruiting operations, workforce planning, reporting, tools, external partners, and candidate experience. You’ll manage our contract recruiting resources and, as we grow, design and build the Talent Acquisition organization that comes next.

The base salary range for this role is $225,000-$250,000, and your offer within it will reflect your experience and the scope you take on. Compensation also includes an annual bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and more.
This role is based in our San Francisco office, with four days per week in office. Some additional on‑site time may come up around candidate interviews, leadership meetings, and company events.
