Oratomic is seeking a Head of Talent to lead and scale our recruiting efforts as we work toward building the world’s first fault-tolerant quantum computer. You will oversee the entire hiring lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new team members, ensuring a stellar candidate experience.

You will oversee the entire hiring process, including finding and screening exceptional candidates, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and onboarding new team members. You'll work closely with our scientists, engineers, and operations team to identify hiring needs, develop recruiting processes, and help us assemble an exceptional team to build the world's first fault-tolerant quantum computer.
