Job summary

Aero Simulation, Inc. is seeking a Director of Systems Engineering to lead the company’s Systems and Software Engineering teams.

The role ensures the organization has the capabilities, processes, and resources to execute current and future programs across aircrew and maintenance training systems. The Director will set engineering priorities, develop technical leadership, resolve cross-program challenges, and promote integration and quality across ASI programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of engineering leadership or management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Software and Systems Engineering staffing, workload, and resources across programs.
• Establishes and maintains engineering standards, processes, tools, and best practices.
• Supports proposal activities with staffing, labor estimates, and technical input.
