Job summary

Aero Simulation, Inc. (ASI) seeks a Project Engineer to lead technical design, system integration, and cross‑functional engineering teams on complex flight training devices.

You will partner with program managers, customers, and suppliers to ensure on-time, compliant delivery of hardware/software systems. The role requires seven years of engineering experience including five years in hardware/software development, with strong leadership, systems integration, and DoD customer exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience as considered.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with flight-training or simulation systems considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical authority for designs, system architecture, and integration.
• Lead engineering staff and coordinate with PMs, customers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure hardware/software integration and configuration control across programs.
• Engage with customers and vendors to resolve technical issues and align with requirements.
• Support manufacturing, testing, and acceptance activities for timely delivery.
