Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with PS license.
• 10+ years of surveying experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong budgeting and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Survey staff.
• Improve survey processes and performance.
• Develop client relationships and identify survey opportunities.
• Oversee project delivery including schedules, budgets, and quality.
• Review project profit/loss and financial performance.
• Coordinate resources and staff workload.
• Provide training and professional development.
• Communicate department needs to company leadership.
