Job summary

Form Energy is hiring a Manager of Supplier Quality Engineering to build and lead a world-class SQE team at our facilities. You will drive quality across suppliers, partner with design engineering, and own corrective action programs while shaping Form's quality management system.

You'll work with NPI and supply chain teams to ensure PPAP readiness, vendor improvements, and a Zero Defect mindset as we scale manufacturing for our iron-air batteries.

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading a supplier quality team.
• Ability to partner with design engineering and supply chain.
• Proven track record in corrective action and QA processes.
• Experience with PPAP and QA documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Supplier Quality Engineers
• Interface with design and supply chain leaders to improveForm's supplier quality management processes
• Develop a culture of rapid response and long term corrective action within your team and with our vendors
• Work with the NPI team to define and manage quality control and acceptance test procedures
• Lead failure/root cause analysis efforts
• Assist in the development of supplier quality documentation
• Drive Zero Defect mentality within the supply base
• Monitor and measure supplier performance related to quality nonconformance
