Blue Rock Search partners with a rapidly growing fitness brand to recruit a Senior Director of Operations who will lead 20 company-owned studios and drive scalable, high-performance operations across markets.

The role demands strategic leadership, a strong focus on member experience, and the ability to build a robust operational foundation that can be extended as the brand expands. Extensive travel and hands-on coaching are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive leadership in multi-unit operations.
• Experience in fitness, health and wellness, hospitality, retail, or other customer-focused multi-location business.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and motivate teams across locations.
• Sales experience and understanding of the relationship between people leadership, customer experience, sales performance.
• Track record of building strong team cultures with accountability.
• Experience evaluating organizational structures and implementing scalable processes.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of company-owned studios, ensuring consistency and accountability across markets.
• Evaluate existing operations, organizational structure, and team capabilities to identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and prepare for growth.
• Establish operating standards, performance expectations, and measurable goals for studio leaders and field operations teams.
• Maintain a strong focus on the member experience, delivering an exceptional, welcoming, community-driven fitness experience.
• Regularly visit company-owned clubs in key home markets; extensive travel required.
