Bishop Lynch High School seeks a mission-driven Head Athletic Performance Coach to lead the strength and conditioning program across all school athletic teams. Reporting to the Director of Athletics, you will implement evidence-based training, supervise weight room facilities, and align practices with safety and health standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (accredited).
• Master’s degree preferred.
• CSCS certification through NSCA required/strongly preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee the strength and conditioning program for all athletic teams.
• Design in-season, off-season, and pre-season training plans reflecting best practices.
• Collaborate with sports medicine and athletic training staff on rehab and return-to-play.
• Lead safety, scheduling, and maintenance of weight rooms facilities.
• Provide support during after-school practices, games, and camps.
• Oversee athletic performance staff and summer sport performance camps.
