Job summary

Paula’s Choice Skincare is seeking a strategic Head of Procurement in the United States to own end-to-end sourcing, drive cost and margin improvements, and build resilient supplier networks across skincare formulations and packaging.

You will partner with R&D, Supply Chain, and Portfolio teams to translate brand positioning into competitive advantage while enabling speed-to-market and sustainable value creation for the brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 8–10 years in procurement roles within beauty, luxury, or FMCG sectors, with skincare ingredients and packaging expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects with R&D and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Own the Paula’s Choice sourcing strategy, aligning brand growth priorities and margins.
• Lead cost, value engineering, and supplier consolidation initiatives.
• Be the first point of contact for supplier issues; interface with Planning, R&D, Marketing, Quality, and Portfolio Procurement.
• Serve as procurement voice in brand forums translating market insights into brand impact.
• Drive supplier relationship management with QBRs, scorecards, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain risk and contingency plans with dual sourcing and capacity reservations.
• Consolidate brand spend and data to inform strategy; contribute to executive dashboards.
• Promote use of digital procurement tools and collaborate on change management.
