This role owns the partner portfolio end to end, develops strategic vision, and guides executive conversations to drive revenue growth and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in strategic partnership management, a proven ability to own high-level relationships, mentor teams, and translate data into executive-ready strategic plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic partnership management experience across industries including real estate, tech, and financial services.
• Proven ability to own a partner portfolio with direct revenue accountability.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship of teams in a high-performance environment.
• Strong strategic mindset with ability to develop and execute partnership strategies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation at executive levels.
• Excellent project management and ability to translate data into executive-ready reviews and materials.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Partnership Growth team with guidance, mentorship, and governance.
• Develop and implement strategies to identify, cultivate, and manage high-impact partnerships that drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with key partners for mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Identify new opportunities and expand the partnership portfolio across industries.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with partners and deliver executive-ready materials.
• Navigate difficult partner conversations including renegotiations and exits to resolution.
• Collaborate with operations, legal, finance, product, and marketing to maximize opportunities.
• Track KPIs and adjust strategies to meet targets.
• Represent Anywhere Real Estate at industry events and meetings.
