Job Title: Head of Strategic Partnerships and Growth

Location: Remote (U.S.-based) with the ability to travel

Raviya Health Solutions is recruiting a Head of Strategic Partnerships and Growth for one of our most mission driven clients- an established healthcare-focused organization that through partnerships and collaboration, supports innovation and system-level those that provide hands on patient guidance across the broader healthcare ecosystem. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a dynamic, entrepreneurial business development leader to build and scale a high-impact partnership and sponsorship portfolio.

The ideal candidate brings experience working across life sciences, healthcare delivery, healthtech, or related industries, with a proven ability to drive revenue and forge strategic alliances. This is an externally facing role with a near future opportunity to scale & lead a team.

Position Summary

The Head of Strategic Partnerships and Growth will serve as the client’s most senior business development leader, responsible for driving annual revenue through the cultivation, expansion, and stewardship of strategic corporate partnerships.

This includes managing existing relationships across life sciences, diagnostics, and healthcare-related sectors, while expanding into new verticals such as technology, provider organizations, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), foundations, and service vendors. The role will be responsible for developing and executing a growth strategy aligned with the client’s mission and revenue goals, and for building and leading a business development team over time.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Revenue Growth

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership and revenue growth strategy.
  • Own the annual sponsorship and business development plan, including forecasts and KPIs.
  • Achieve or exceed annual revenue targets through new and existing partnerships.

Corporate Partner Management

  • Cultivate and manage current partnerships with organizations in biopharma, diagnostics, and healthcare.
  • Design, negotiate, and execute tailored partnership packages that deliver mutual value.
  • Ensure delivery of contracted sponsor benefits and long-term partner satisfaction.

New Market Development

  • Identify and pursue new sponsorship opportunities in sectors such as technology, provider organizations, GPOs, professional services, and foundations.
  • Represent the organization in external meetings, conferences, and pitch discussions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, events, education, and operations teams to ensure alignment on sponsor deliverables and strategic messaging.
  • Serve as a liaison between corporate partners and internal stakeholders to enhance value delivery.
  • Provide strategic leadership as the organization’s top revenue and partnerships executive.
  • Over time, build and lead a team of business development professionals and partnership account managers.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or revenue-focused leadership roles.
  • Proven success in closing six- and seven-figure deals in healthcare, life sciences, technology for mission-driven organization(s).
  • Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring teams, with the ability to build and scale a high-performing business development function.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong strategic acumen with the ability to operate independently and execute effectively.
  • Existing network across healthcare, life sciences, or innovation-focused verticals.
  • Experience working with professional organizations.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms. Office 365, and virtual meeting platforms
  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited university; graduate level degree preferred
  • 50-65% Overnight domestic and global travel will be required
