Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years in leadership and program management of complex health portfolios.
• Experience leading SI/MEL across global health programs; strong data/analytical skills.
• Preferred PMP or project management certification.
• Experience with donor reporting and data systems (DHIS2, DATIM, MER).
