Job summary

DISA Uranium seeks a Director of Corporate Development to drive strategic growth across the uranium sector. The role combines geology insight with commercial expertise to evaluate assets, structuring transactions and prioritizing capital deployment.

The position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and collaborates with geology, engineering, permitting, operations, finance and legal teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geological Engineering or Mining Engineering strongly preferred.
• 7–12+ years of relevant professional experience in mining or resource development.
• Demonstrated experience in corporate development, investments or strategy.
• Strong ability to evaluate technical reports, resource estimates and data.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate and prioritize acquisitions, investments and joint ventures.
• Lead technical and commercial assessments of mining projects and opportunities.
• Coordinate due diligence across technical, financial and legal workstreams.
• Develop valuation analyses and recommended transaction structures.
• Maintain a prioritized pipeline aligned with DISA Uranium’s strategy.
