Job summary

Lightfield is seeking a talented writer/editor to shape and tell our story. You will explain our vision for a business world model, collaborate with engineers to translate complex ideas, and report from inside the company to uncover unique insights.

You’ll own external communications, develop compelling narratives for media and audiences, and help Lightfield publish a distinctive voice across blogs, newsletters, and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Shape our narrative with a clear account of Lightfield’s beliefs, offerings, and where business software is headed.
• Explain our technical vision of a business world model and how CRM fits in.
• Report from inside the company with interviews, product use, and original insights.
• Develop and write ideas with founders, bringing research and evidence.
• Own external communications with journalists, podcasters, and newsletters.
• Build a distinctive voice in website copy, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
• Publish consistently across blog, social channels, and newsletters.
