Job summary

Betsson Group is seeking a visionary Head of Sportsbook Product – Data & AI to define the long-term roadmap blending sportsbook product, data science and AI. You will identify opportunities, build capabilities with internal teams and partners, and differentiate Betsson’s sportsbook through AI-led features.

Lead a team of product managers and owners, drive adoption of AI tools, and coordinate across domains to maximize customer value and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience applying ML/data science to betting or gaming products.
• Proven ability to lead product teams (PMs/POs) and deliver roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of AI tooling landscape and practical adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and roadmap for Data & AI within Sportsbook.
• Own and manage the Data & AI roadmap for Betsson’s Sportsbook.
• Ensure teams generate, qualify and deliver improvements in Data & AI domain.
