Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related coaching experience.
• Experience with collegiate or club level cheerleading or dance programs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all spirit team practices and annual tryouts.
• Attend home games and selected events including volleyball, basketball and other competitions.
• Coordinate travel, youth and college prep clinics, and recruiting efforts; track academics for compliance.
• Maintain spirit budget and mascot operations, including casting, invoicing and appearance supervision.
